StockCharts.cm has a ton of predefined stock screens, and is free. Stockcharts offers technical scans for free on 3 major categories which are Technical Indicators, Candlestick Patterns, and Point and Figure Patterns. The way that it is arranged is very good. On the left are the predefined scans. On the right, they list how many stocks that fits each criteria listed according to the stock exchange. They even list how many mutual funds fit the predefined scans.

Finviz Stock Screener
This site is one of the best. Great screener, great heat maps, and great technical analysis. You can scan for either technical patterns, fundamentals or both. You can see every detail of a company including upgrades and downgrades, fillings and news ordered by date. Only works with NYSE, NASDAQ and AMEX though. Here its all about the data! Finviz has a nice heatmap of the stocks in the major indexes. It also has a good way of showing insider trades. Another is a overview pages of stocks that went up or went down that day.
